"And the day came when the pain to remain tight in the bud became greater than the risk it took to blossom"
- Anais Nin

It happened. It is whatever it is that strikes you down in fear, someone you trusted harms you, abandonment, car wreck or when the doctor says those words "you have ...." but in your mind, it spins in your thoughts.  Weaving a deep fabric of fear and anxiety around that incident.  You might find that as time moves forward that many parts of your life are fine.... but there are those moments when it feels all too familiar and it stirs the trepidation up to the top bringing back to face the ghost of that past moment.

Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) can provide rapid relief of the symptoms from traumatic experiences. Trauma involves parts of the brain that are usually not accessible through conscious, verbal interaction alone. Therefore, methods that reach non-conscious, somatic experiences have particular value in treatment. Precise visual brain stimulation in conjunction with an interpersonal process is an effective means for changing symptoms of traumatic experiences.
