Does nagging worry keep you awake at night?  What about the concerns of the unknown, do they paralyze you from moving forward in your life, regardless if on small or large life goals, You might be one of the millions who suffer from an anxiety disorder. You might ask doesn't everyone suffer from time to time with these issues.  Well sure, there are times in life that are more stressful than others.  Sure there are people who do well by themselves and approach life in a healthy way to combat anxiety that rears its ugly head.   • trouble with your sleep

  • restless or agitated
